How do I update my registration?
Registered entrants who would like to update their registration information or heat should contact the Marathon Information Center at +972-73-2100540 not later than Tuesday, January 28th, 2020 at 14:00
How do I cancel my registration? 
  1. Registration cancellation is in accordance with and subject to the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.
  2. A participant who signs up for an event at the event website and/or by telephone with the Company’s customer service department (remote sales transaction), will be entitled to cancel the participation only subject to the following conditions (cumulatively):
    1. Within 14 days as of the date of transaction or as of the date of receiving the document containing the relevant details (whichever is later).
    2. In case there are less than 14 days as of the date of transaction until the date of the event (expo), up to two days, which are not rest days, prior to the date of the event.
    3. Contacted the Company in writing and provided the full name, contact phone number and order/registration number at
    4.  A participant, who cancels participation in the event in accordance with the above conditions, shall pay a cancellation fee of 5% of the registration fee or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
    5.  In addition, if the transaction was carried out via credit card and the credit card company or another entity, with which the Company entered into agreement to implement credit card clearing, charged a fee for credit card clearing regarding a transaction that was cancelled, the Company may also charge the participant with the payment collected from him.
    6. In addition, if the Company issued a “participant kit” for the participant on the date of participation cancellation (e.g., a bag and/or shirt and/or participant number and/or measuring chip, etc.), the Company may also change the participant with the cost of participant kit’s production.
